• Conduct daily site inspection and supervision of bored tunneling works.
• Supervision work on a TBM machine controlling the tunnel labor in excavation and ring build.
• Maintain site records of excavated volumes, grouting records, and other construction work.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on tunnel projects.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
• Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
• Act as the main technical adviser for tunnel projects.
• Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
• Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.
• Oversee quality control and health and safety matters for tunnel project.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, Science (Computer Science), or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, business systems analysis, or data science within the Infocomm Technology sector.
• Strong understanding of business processes, system analysis, and how data analytics can enhance business performance.
• Proficiency in statistical and data modeling tools (Python, R, SQL, etc.) and business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience with system design, requirements gathering, and data-driven solution implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into business terms for key stakeholders.
