The Singapore Aquatics (SAQ) is the governing body for the aquatic sports of swimming, water polo, diving and artistic swimming in Singapore as a member of the World Aquatics. SAQ is charged with the development and education of aquatic players, officials, coaches and volunteers throughout Singapore and with the conduct of competitions and programs for all levels of participation.

Courses and Programs Coordinator (Aquatics)
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Courses and Program Coordinator (Aquatics). The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various educational programs and courses aimed to enhance the skills, knowledge, and progression of the coaches and technical officials across the aquatic’s fraternity in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
1. Program Coordination:
· Collaborate with key stakeholders to align the program with organizational objectives and long-term goals.
· Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of educational programs, including workshops, seminars, and certification courses.
· Work closely with sports managers, instructors, and facilitators, to ensure smooth program delivery.
2. Evaluation and Improvement:
· Develop and implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of programs.
· Analyse feedback and collaborate with stakeholders to continuously enhance course content and delivery.
· Promote both traditional and technology-driven methods to deliver effective training programs.
3. Communication and Outreach:
· Promote courses and programs through various channels to maximize participation.
4. Resource Management:
· Manage budget allocation for the development program efficiently.
· Source and secure necessary resources, including training materials, logistics and facilities.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
· Maintain accurate records of courses / activities, attendance, and participant progress.
· Generate regular reports for management, highlighting program outcomes and areas for improvement.
· Analyse registration statistics and compile accurate reports whenever needed.
6. Others
· Perform ad hoc duties when assigned
Qualifications:
- Diploma, preferably in Business Administration, Physical Education, Sports Management or any sports-related fields.
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Proficient in MS-Office applications
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Flexible approach to work, and the ability to be agile in the requirements of planning and delivering programmes
