(12) Provide project updates to the Deputy Director (Projects) or Assigned Senior Project Manager as and when required.

(13) Sign-off design drawings for assigned project tenders to subcontractors.

(14) Sign-off cost reports for assigned projects.

(15) Recommend Client progress claims for assigned projects.

(16) Negotiate and Recommend works order to subcontractors for assigned projects.

(17) Negotiate and Recommend award of subcontracts for assigned projects.

(18) Review and Recommend on variation advices to Clients for assigned projects.

(28) Negotiate subcontractor deductions for project non-compliance and breaches.

(29) Administer Project Management resources to oversee the following matters for assigned projects:

(30) Compliance to key legal obligations in relation to the project;

(31) Flow through of Client contract obligations to the subcontractors;

(32) Project schedule and site progress;

(33) Adherence to Client progress claims;

(34) Formal project certifications, including handover certificates;

(35) Defect rectification progress, particularly during the handover / final statement claim stage;

(36) Any legal claims from the Client or subcontractor;

(37) Maintaining relationships with the Client;

(38) Maintaining relationships with relevant authority officers.

(39) Administer the filing and archiving of assigned projects documentation.

(40) Submit project progress reports for the Management Review.

(41) Recommend improvement on existing Project Management procedures / processes, including documentation.

Requirements（要求）:

(1) Must be a local Singaporean with a practicing license.

(2) A deep understanding of the overall situation and operation of Singapore construction projects, and good relationship with the authorities will be preferred

(3) 15 years of experience in the planning and construction of large-scale public building renovation projects.

(4) Proven track record as a renovation construction manager in large-scale projects, managing internal / external stakeholders – HSE, QA, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Client, Authorities.

(5) Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and resource management

(6) Capatable to identify and address construction challenges and issues promptly.

(7) Excellent ability of organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

(8) Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

(9) Demonstrate leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and develop a team.

(10) Fruitful knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance requirements related to construction logistics.

(11) Profound knowledge of renovation construction and technologies.

(12) Excellent coordination skills and communication skills in English and Chinese, both verbal and written.

(13) Ability to multi-task and be flexible/adapt to rapidly changing project requirements or timelines.

(14) Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure.

(15) Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical, or a related field.

• Conduct daily briefing. Plans the work of the shift and the assign all associates in the designated areas.
• Responsible for all landscaped area and all plants and flower arrangements within and outside the building.
• Trains all associates and monitors their performance
• Guest satisfaction index to be maintained at the set standard.
• Prepare Welcome Hampers for VIP/ Special request.
• Responsible for documentation and report generation pertaining to lost and found, linen, uniform, room and laundry, key control etc.
• Ensures safety of all team members and safety of guests and their belongings.
• Responsible for maintaining all reports and documents pertaining to guest service and resource handling.
• Maintain all equipment and machinery in their area of work and follow safety standards.
• Ensure that the quality of all linen and uniform both for internal and external guests is checked against the set standards.
• Follows the discard schedule and also ensures that all linen and other items are tagged correctly.
• Responsible for spot checks of all linen items, room set up, key control, uniform, etc.
• Supervises outsourced contractors to ensure contractual compliance
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules for all areas.
• Liaise constantly with Front Office and Engineering to make sure the maintenance job is completed.
