About The Role

The role of the ALC Catalyst is to support and facilitate experimentation-focused change activities in close collaboration with various stakeholders in the ecosystem. He or she will assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of experiments and change activities. The Operations Manager role works with the Account Director. The role is responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, managing the service delivery team, delivering key operational initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in processes, systems and reporting.

The role also ensures that JLL’s IFM standards are implemented and practiced at all sites within the account portfolio including SOP’s, EOP’s, Playbooks and escalation processes.

• Has handled a P&L
• EHS credential is preferred
