Job Description

- Coordinate, Manage and supervise all M&E work; including but not limited to Planning, Scheduling, Controlling and Coordinating

- Prepare M&E drawings and CSD drawings and liaise with Consultants and Architects to issue drawing for approval.

- Ensure M&E works are performed on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations

- Manage M&E subcontractors and tradesman for ensuring works and materials are in accordance

- Monitor Progress, quality of workmanship and compliance of requirements

- Understand Main Contract, subcontract requirement

- Ensure all M&E submissions and applications to the relevant authorities to facilitate RI, TOP and CSC clearance, Combine all necessary documents for handover

- Attend to all M&E defects after handover

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

- Min 5 years experience in M&E Coordination or relevant for landed house project

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualisation and Visualisation: Work closely with the interior design team to conceptualise and develop interior design concepts for commercial spaces and private residential projects. Translate these concepts into detailed 3D renderings that accurately convey the intended aesthetic and spatial layout.
• 3D Modelling and Rendering: Utilise your proficiency in 3D modelling software (e.g., AutoCAD, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Sketchup) to create realistic 3D models of interior spaces, furniture, fixtures, and architectural elements. Apply textures, lighting, and rendering techniques to produce high-quality visualisations that showcase design concepts effectively.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with the design team, project managers, and clients to understand project requirements, incorporate feedback, and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives. Communicate effectively to convey design concepts and address any concerns or questions that may arise during the design process.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on 3D renderings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design standards. Make revisions as necessary to meet client expectations and project specifications, ensuring that the final deliverables exceed client satisfaction.

Qualification:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a 3D Designer/Visualiser in the interior design industry.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as AutoCAD, V-Ray, 3ds Max and Sketchup.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your 3D design skills and experience in commercial spaces and private residential projects (condominium and landed properties).
• Ability to do 3d walkthrough or 360 view would be an advantage.

Job Requirements:
