Sales admin:

· Follow the process from Order booking till Sales invoicing with close communication with internal team members & customers

Support multiple businesses, including Trading, Sales, Investment Banking, and Private Wealth, across global markets. Key priorities are risk mitigation, exceptional client service, and driving strategic change.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor settlement activity and ensure timely placement of securities
• Manage firm inventory for settlement facilitation
• Collaborate with Trading Desk to secure borrows for settlement
• Resolve queries and interact with trading desk and clients on failing trades
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in the firm's books and records
• Complete daily checklists and follow all related controls and procedures
