Responsible for supervising an accounting team in maintaining the books of a subsidiary, as follows:

Accounts Receivables

· Ensure that invoices are billed to customers in a timely and accurate manner, as well as in accordance with the

Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and company policies.

· Ensure that GST is applied correctly to the invoices and outgoing recharges

· Check accuracy of data entries

· Monitor monthly bad debt provision amount and propose write-off when required

· Supervise month end closing of AR ledger

Accounts Payable

· Process/review suppliers’ invoices and staff claims (ensure proper supporting documents/approval in accordance

with company policies and accuracy of data entries)

· Supervise the monthly closing of AP ledger including preparation of relevant AP journals

· Prepare expense reports and analysis of accounts

· Review monthly reconciliation of AP relevant GLs and statement of accounts

Financial and management reporting

· Assist in the monthly close and timely preparation of financial reports, head office reports, budgets/forecasts,

performance management reports as well as variance analysis. This includes hands-on tasks such as

preparing/checking of accounting entries and supporting documents.

· Prepare/review audit schedules, intercompany and bank reconciliations

· Support the development of business plans, forecasts and risk analysis and communicate business information

effectively to business owners

· Develop, update and enhance data dashboards to provide timely insights as required by the business owners

· Assist in the timely preparation of financial statements and tax returns in compliance with FRS, Company’s Act

and tax regulations

· Review and submit GST and withholding tax returns

· Prepare and submit government surveys and statistical returns

· Handle corporate secretarial and treasury/banking related matters

Others

· Ensure both internal and external customers are served promptly and effectively

· Oversee accounting procedures and internal controls (implementing, monitoring, enhancing) and ensure that strong internal controls and processes are in place

As a Junior Bartender, you will assist the bar team in preparing and serving beverages to customers, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience for all guests. You will be trained in bartending basics, including drink preparation, customer service, and maintaining the bar's operation standards. Key Responsibilities:

1. Drink Preparation & Service:Assist in preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
   Handle basic cocktail mixing, pouring beer, wine, and other drinks under the supervision of the Head Bartender or Senior Bartender.
   Maintain the bar station, ensuring it is fully stocked with necessary beverages, garnishes, and tools.
   Ensure all drinks are prepared and served in a professional and timely manner.
   
2. Customer Interaction:Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
   Take drink orders from customers at the bar and serve them promptly.
   Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guests’ needs are met and providing a positive experience.
   Answer questions about drink options, cocktail ingredients, and drink specials.
   
3. Bar Maintenance & Cleanliness:Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring workspaces are clean and sanitized.
   Clean bar tools, utensils, glassware, and countertops after each use.
   Dispose of trash and recyclables, ensuring that the bar area remains clutter-free.
   Stock and replenish bar supplies such as alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and napkins.
   
4. Inventory Management:Assist in inventory tracking, including stock levels of beverages, mixers, and bar supplies.
   Alert the Bar Manager or Supervisor when supplies need replenishment.
   Help in rotating stock to ensure freshness of ingredients and beverages.
   
5. Support Senior Bartenders:Assist senior bartenders with more complex drink orders or tasks when required.
   Learn the art of cocktail making and bar techniques through on-the-job training.
   Follow instructions and maintain high standards of drink preparation and presentation.
   
6. Adherence to Safety & Legal Standards:Ensure that all alcohol service complies with legal drinking age regulations and local laws.
   Monitor guest consumption and provide responsible service of alcohol.
   Follow health and safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation, and safe serving practices.
   
7. Team Collaboration:Work closely with other bar staff, waitstaff, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth, efficient service.
   Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar.
