The Role:
As a Research Ops Specilist within the Customer Experience Strategy team. You’ll have a unique opportunity to share the future of the Bank. You’ll build and enhance our research capabilities directly impacting the entire organization and creating truly differentiated customer experiences,
This is a high-impact where you’ll not only manage the operational aspects of research but also leverage AI to unlock deeper insights.
Your Impact:
· Elevate Research Operations: Manage our internal customer panel,
including recruitment of customers for conducting research and agreements. Curate andmanage our centralized research insights repository. Track and maintain comprehensive project data across the organization.
· Drive Innovation with AI: Apply AI to large datasets, preparing data and comparing AI-generated insights with existing research. This is a chance to be at the forefront of leveraging AI for impactful customer experience improvements.
· Empower the Bank: Support to deliver engaging qualitative research training programs to Bank staff, ensuring standardized processes and high-quality learning experiences. Continuously improve training materials to align with organizational goals.
· Strategic Support: Contribute to the successful launch of new research initiatives across the region, managing projects effectively and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Skills & Experience:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in qualitative research operations (relevant internships/studies count!). Quantitative research experience (survey design, Qualtrics) is a plus!
· Proven project management skillswith a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders.
· Comfort and experience applying AI/algorithms to data analysis and able to write prompts is a bonus.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
· Proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
· Meticulous attention to detail; a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
· Singaporeans Only / Contract: One year/extendable
