Under the SDL Act, all employers are required to pay a monthly SDL for all their employees rendering services in Singapore. What you will be working on

Job Description:

- Handle Recruitment activities not limiting to pass screening, applications, prepare for workers arrival and contracting.

- Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating internal data , processing new orders, and

- Tracking inventory.

- Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues, management of clients accounts.

Job Requirement:

- Minimum Higher Diploma / Degree holder

- Applicants with knowledge of MOM legislations are preferred

- Prefer with CEI certified.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial records (general ledger, AP, and AR)

- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data

- Prepare monthly, quarterly management account (P&L and Balance Sheet) & Yearly Budget

- Staff Claim Processing: - Prepare staff claims with its supporting documents and check with the claim policies.

- Send email reminder chaser and Statement of Account to customers

- Manage payroll functions(Monthly Salary, CPF, submission)

Requirements

· A Diploma or higher qualification in Account

· Preferably with 2 years of relevant work experience

· Knowledge in XERO Accounting will be an added advantage

1. Responsibilities (Developer)

· Solution the design and develop the software using waterfall/Agile methodology.

· Perform investigation, troubleshoot issues by developing scripts, SQL queries.

· Work closely and collaborate with the Business Analysts and Quality Engineers/application testers for user stories elaboration, test automation, bug fixes etc.

· Work with deployment team/DevOps team on setting up continuous integration, build and release automation.

· Provide estimates for stories during sprint planning for Agile project.

· Convert acceptance criteria into automated unit tests cases.

· Support production issues and duty rotation for after-office-hours support

· Champion Agile technical practices such as test-driven development, pair programming and refactoring

· Involve in application deployment to the various environments.

2. Responsibilities (Tester)

· Understand the requirements from internal and external stakeholders’ groups and work with the development team to define and improve the build system quality.

· Review stories or requirement specs to ensure that requirements stated are correct, unambiguous and verifiable.

· Discuss, analyse and recommend design improvements or corrections to developers throughout the development process.

· Collaborate closely with stakeholders and project team to identify needs and requirements for estimation of testing scope and time frame.

· Develop and establish quality assurance deliverables and testing framework, including create and maintain test plans and test cases in accordance with changing requirements, throughout development.

· Create and manage automated test framework whenever possible, such as prepare test environment, maintain functional testing script in accordance with changing requirements.

· Conduct system integration tests with external parties, validate the output and expected outcome e.g. data to and from external parties’ systems and feedback on improvement requirement.

· Conduct extensive manual functional /exploratory testing, including browser testing.

· Conduct performance and load tests, validate the output and expected outcomes and feedback on improvement required.

· Conduct application performance and security testing to ensure we have a robust and secured system in place.

· Conduct impact analysis of defect fixes discovered during manual or automated tests, validate completed stories pass the acceptance criteria, raising defects as needed and work with development team to improve the expected behaviour and test cases.

· Demonstrate the tested stories during Sprint Review and prepare production show case to show the completed stories tested.

3. What we are looking for

· Relevant software development certifications, e.g. Microsoft Certified Solution Developer for Dynamics or equivalent.

· Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality Analyst or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage.

· Good understanding and completion of projects using waterfall/Agile methodology.

· Demonstrable skills in Java, Dot Net, Python, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Mobile, Cloud or SSIS development

· Demonstrate knowledge of automated software testing methodologies such as unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, test driven development (TDD) and behaviour driven development (BDD).

· Demonstrate knowledge of creating packaging / build scripts with MSBuild, Maven, Docker etc.

· Ability to troubleshoot complex issues ranging from system resource to application stack traces.

Track record in implementing systems with high availability, high performance, high security hosted at various data centres or hybrid cloud environments will be an added advantage.
