Join Our Team as an HR Intern – Learning & Development (L&D):
We are seeking a dynamic, meticulous, and motivated HR Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the strategic and operational aspects of L&D while working alongside L&D professionals to deliver impactful training initiatives.
As part of our team, you’ll support critical L&D projects, including functional competency reviews, learning needs analysis, L&D road mapping, and the curation of training resources and workshops. You'll work closely with the L&D Manager to identify skill gaps, design curricula, and manage essential logistics that create a seamless and enriching training experience for our employees.
Job Responsibilities
L&D Projects
· Gather and analyse data for competency reviews, learning needs assessments, and development road mapping.
· Assist in the creation and implementation of surveys, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
· Coordinate and organize project meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions.
· Work with stakeholders to identify, develop, and recommend learning solutions based on data-driven insights.
Training Programmes and Workshops
· Manage logistical arrangements for training sessions, including scheduling, venue booking, refreshment catering and coordinating with external vendors/trainers.
· Prepare and set up training venues/virtual sessions, materials and resources for in-person and virtual sessions.
· Manage registration, attendance tracking, and post-training evaluations to assess the effectiveness of programmes.
· Act as a liaison, ensuring clear communication with participants and stakeholders throughout the planning and execution process.
· Contribute to the development and curation of training content and workshop materials.
L&D Administrative Support
· Maintain accurate records, update training databases, and prepare regular reports
· Track training budgets and expenses while assisting in the processing of invoice payments.
· Support the HR team with other related administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirement:
· Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Demonstrated interest in L&D, employee training, and professional development.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.
