Responsibilities:

 Lead in the preparation of detailed design reports, calculations and drawings.

 Prepare submissions to statutory agencies/ authorities.

 Lead in the coordination with other disciplines in preparation of design deliveries.

 Lead in preparing tender documentations.

 Participate in the tendering of projects.

 Participate in the successful delivery of projects.

 Training and mentoring juniors.

 Design management, coordination and project control on major projects.

 Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

 Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).

 A minimum of 5 years of design experience.

 Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures

 Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills

 Have good knowledge of common structural design software.

 Working experience in engineering design consulting practice on building, geotechnical, infrastructure, rail or road projects (underground/basement/elevated structures, tunnel structures and MRT station structures)

 Good project management skills and strong analytical skills

 Able to work under pressure with good time management skill

Geotechnical:

 Experienced in the design and design management of major earth retaining and stabilizing structures, deep foundations, reclamations, ground improvements, slope stabilities.

 Familiar with the preparation of Geotechnical Interpretative Reports.

 Experienced with the geotechnical impact assessment of structures and instrumentations.

 Familiar with the application of geotechnical FEM software.

REQUIREMENTS FOR IT APPLICATION BUSINESS ANALYST (BA)

Work Experience in recent EIGHT (8) years:

a. Candidate must have minimally THREE (3) years of relevant IT Application BA experience.

b. Candidate must have THREE (3) year of working experience with Agile Methodologies, tools and delivery.

c. Candidate must have THREE (3) years of exposure in Cloud Technology and implementation.

Technical Skillset in recent EIGHT (8) years:

a. Candidate with minimally FIVE (5) years of experience in supporting .Net or J2EE, Oracle Database or SQL Database, Weblogic or JBoss or Tomcat.

Added Advantage General Skillset.

a. Candidate with strong communication skills.

b. Candidate with strong problem solving and analytic skillset.

c. Candidate with experience in supporting applications operations and audit fieldwork.

d. Candidate with relevant experience in Vendor and Contract Management, Change Management / Service Request Management, Problem / Incident Management.

The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety protocols and environment management systems within the organization. This role ensures compliance with government regulations and industry standards, aiming to create a safe and sustainable work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Management

· Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs.

· Conduct risk assessments and ensure that all employees are aware of the risks and safe practices in their work environment.

· Oversee incident investigations and ensure that corrective actions are implemented to prevent reoccurrences.

· Organize and conduct safety training sessions and drills.

Environmental Management

· Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures.

Regulatory Compliance

Qualifications

· Registered WSHO & FSM.

· Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.

Work Environment

Reporting

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience as a Managing Director in a global company
2. Bachelor's Degree of relevance and have more than 20 years working experience in the sanitary ware industry.
3. Have knowledge on Performance Management, Staffing, Management Proficiency, Coordination, Coaching, Development standards, Financial planning and strategy, process improvement, decision making, strategic planning, quality management.
4. Well versed in Business Japanese Language to liaise with counterpart in abroad and Headquarter office in Japan.
5. Able to travel when it is required.
