The Research Fellow in Computational Immunology/Bioinformatics will play a key role in advancing our research projects by conducting expert analyses of next-generation sequencing (NGS) data. This includes single-cell RNA sequencing, T-/B-cell receptor analysis, long-read sequencing, and spatial omics analysis using imaging data. The fellow will have the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of leading immunologists, oncologists, and AI scientists, contributing to pioneering research that utilizes diverse data types, ranging from cell lines to clinical samples. A Research Officer position is available in Dr. Anand Andiappan Lab at the Singapore Immunology Network (SIgN). The RO position is to support the research work of the team that focuses on studying the role of immune system in eczema and allergies.
