The Custody Implementations & Change Manager provides responsibility and oversight to onboard new custody clients while also supporting existing clients with incremental growth asks. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Responsibilities:

• Focuses on timely and accurate delivery of all custody related activities and products being implemented for clients, as well as delivering superior customer service and resolution of customer concerns related to the onboarding process.
• Responsible for project management in the custody space, while managing cross-functional relationships with all teams when applicable. Working closely with Implementation managers when multi-product deals are being executed.

About the Role:

• Coordinate with contractors to maintain the common areas such as cleaning, conservancy, landscaping, and horticultural work, as well as improvement and cyclical projects at public housing flats in designated Town Councils
• Conduct inspections on the ground and to follow up with the contractors on the rectification of the defects

Job Description

The Mechanobiology Institute (MBI) at the National University of Singapore is a multidisciplinary institute dedicated to developing new paradigms in biomedical research. We focus on the quantitative analysis of dynamic functional processes in pathogenesis (ranging from bacterial to cancer), tissue regeneration, and function.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to join Prof. Lim Chwee Teck's lab at MBI. The Lim lab conducts research on biomedical problems relating to human diseases, in particular, diseases associated with cancer, malaria, sepsis and aging, and develops innovative mechanobiologically inspired platforms in microfluidics and wearable microdevices to detect, diagnose and treat such diseases.

Qualifications

Candidates with a PhD in engineering, biology, biomedical sciences, or related fields are encouraged to apply. A strong background in cell/ molecular biology is required, as well as prior experience with Nanofabrication. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage in collaborative research in a highly interdisciplinary environment.
