Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to Kodecoon’s community

• Share Kodecoon’s vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong Kodecoon community. Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them
• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system

The Wealth Products and Operations Control Testing Team is responsible for the testing of controls that are designed and owned by Citi’s Wealth Product and Operations departments.

The Citi Wealth business delivers a comprehensive wealth solution to clients across the wealth continuum, with integrated advice and execution, as well as traditional and alternative investments, managed account strategies, world-class research and investment guidance. This position reports to the Wealth Products and Operations Control Testing Head within the Citi COO organization’s Central Testing Utility; and is an execution-oriented individual contributor position accountable for end-to-end controls monitoring of the Wealth Products and Operations department – i.e., operational controls performance assurance/testing – which includes design, execution, results reporting, and insight sharing related to the above scope of controls monitoring/testing.

The Wealth Products and Operations Control Testing Leader is a subject matter expert on overall controls monitoring, with an excellent level of understanding of control testing and who closely follows latest trends in controls testing and adapts them for application within their own job and covered businesses and functions.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Supports the Controls Testing Utility by acting on assessing control design, designing control testing tools, developing control testing procedures, ensure control testing transitions, dispositioning exceptions, and developing insights.
• Carries key responsibility for Control Design Assessment (CDA) by executing CDA checklist/procedures for controls and recording results in Citi Risk & Control (CRC).
• Owns significant portions of control testing design activity, which includes writing control testing tool descriptions, and completing control testing and QUEST setup.
• Develops control testing procedures in Confluence and is responsible for obtaining necessary signoffs from covered businesses and functions.
• Performs a uniquely significant role on training Central Execution team overseas on all designed control testing tools and established control testing procedures.

• Supports team members on topics ranging from control testing design to performance management and control testing platforms basics.

In this role, you’re expected to:

CNBC International is seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our APAC news coverage and drive editorial decisions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

He / She must be strongly networked in the building construction industry and possess relentless determination to uncover untapped business potentials. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, actively implement action plans and regularly maintain the Triflex sales pipeline (Prospects, Qualified Leads, Demo / Proposal, Negotiation, Project Won, Repeat Business).

2. Carry out all scheduled prospecting activities across multiple communication channels.

3. Present sales approach and competitor analysis of various project leads to the MD / GM and execute the sales strategy

4. Perform a discovery of the decision-making process of customers and stakeholders pre and post sales.

5. Negotiate optimal pricing for Triflex liquid-applied waterproofing products.

6. Optimize marketing approach to ensure efficient and cost-effective use of budgeted resources.

7. Maintain (in database) accurate and detailed sales and project progress documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.

8. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support, updates on waterproofing projects (leads and ongoing), addressing concerns, and managing expectations.

9. Collaborate with project teams, including site managers, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution.

10. Participate in all site inspection /survey to understand project waterproofing requirements and identify potential issues with compliance to Triflex product application standards.

11. All times to ensure and support compliance with safety protocols in conducting site inspections and compliance with local regulations on the use, storage and sales of Triflex waterproofing products

12. Coordinate cross-departmental requirements throughout the product sales cycle.

13. Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to waterproofing.

Qualifications Required

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product sales management, ideally within the waterproofing or building envelope construction industry.

2. In-depth knowledge of waterproofing systems, building envelope materials and application techniques with the ability to identify and recommend on-site issues.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients, teams, and stakeholders.

4. Highly competent to manage the whole of product sales cycle

5. Demonstrated behaviour of steadfast assertive selling to close job orders.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making decisions quickly and effectively in challenging situations.
