Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring accurate bookkeeping

• Recording and maintaining business's financial transactions (AR/AR), update ledger and data entry

• Payment issuance, processing and filing

• Handle claims and reimbursement

• Schedule bank transactions and issue pay slips

• Track and reconcile accounts monthly statements, bank reconciliation

• Performing administrative support during budget or any accounts preparation

• Managing invoices, support in duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Handle any other administrative duties as assigned by Management

The Department of Psychological Medicine, University Medicine Cluster is seeking candidates who are highly motivated and willing to join us for challenging and fulfilling appointments as Consultants.

The Department of Psychological Medicine has a strong clinical service culture combined with research and intensive involvement in both undergraduate and postgraduate medical training which includes Advanced Specialty Training in Psychiatry.

Candidates must possess a basic Medical Degree that can be registered with the Singapore Medical Council and recognised postgraduate qualifications such as MMed, MRC Psych or their equivalent. Candidates applying for the position of Consultant should have completed AST, CCT or equivalent to be registered as specialists in Psychiatry (Ageing Psychiatry/ Geriatric Psychiatry and Consultation Liaison) with the Singapore's Specialist Accreditation Board. • REPACKING OF BLISTER PACKS, BUNDLE ND ETC.
