What we are looking for:

• Diploma or Degree in any Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering Discipline
• At least 3 years of related experience in the medical device industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in technical support, including technical training.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma is preferred
• Strong hand-on skills and good eyesight.
• Willingness to travel to the Asia Pacific region if required.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and its applications.
• Possess strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work in a team environment and collaborate with staff across different age groups.
• A team player with enthusiasm for learning and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
