Main Duties:

• Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work
• Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work program
• Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
• Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Handle of technical and engineering problems
• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule,
• Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time
• Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
• Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat
• Supervise ongoing site activities closely

Responsibilities include:
-Assist in daily operations
-Ensure that the restaurant and kitchen is properly maintained and clean
-Oversee food preparations, presentation and storage to ensure food health and safety compliancy
-Regular checks with customers to gather feedbacks
-resolving of conflicts in a professional way

The candidate will oversee our sports and recreation business operation and ensure smooth running of all daily activities and events. He/She should have a cheerful personality and is confident interacting with customers and see to their needs. Able to work on weekends. Working hours 11am to 9pm (full time). Will also consider part-time /flexi-hours.
