We are looking for a Research Lead with a strong background in Generative AI to drive innovation and advance our AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in Generative AI or a related field, possess deep expertise in image processing, and have experience leading research teams. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of AI researchers focused on Generative AI, LLM (Large Language Models), VLM (Vision-Language Models), and image processing.
• Drive the design, development, and optimization of Generative AI models to enhance Cynapse's video intelligence solutions.
• Develop and implement advanced LLM and VLM architectures for solving real-world challenges.
• Set the research vision, establish goals, and align research initiatives with Cynapse's product roadmap.

Qualifications

• PhD in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading research teams, including setting goals and delivering results.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models, Transformers).
• Strong experience in Large Language Models (LLM) and Vision-Language Models (VLM).
• Strong background in image processing and real-world applications of computer vision.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar, with experience in AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
