The Research Fellow in Computational Immunology/Bioinformatics will play a key role in advancing our research projects by conducting expert analyses of next-generation sequencing (NGS) data. This includes single-cell RNA sequencing, T-/B-cell receptor analysis, long-read sequencing, and spatial omics analysis using imaging data. A Research Officer position is available in Dr. Anand Andiappan Lab at the Singapore Immunology Network (SIgN). The RO position is to support the research work of the team that focuses on studying the role of immune system in eczema and allergies.
