Strategic and results-driven Head of Ecommerce to lead the growth and success of our online business. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end ecommerce strategy, ensuring smooth cross-functional teamwork, and optimizing the digital shopping experience to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute the overall ecommerce strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
· Oversee ecommerce operations and performance, collaborating closely with the founder.
· Drive digital and operational efficiency, ensuring the smooth functioning of all ecommerce processes.
· Lead cross-functional collaboration between teams such as marketing, technology, and operations to enhance ecommerce performance.
· Set and monitor KPIs to ensure ecommerce targets are met, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
· Lead and mentor the ecommerce team, providing guidance, setting clear goals, and fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements
· At least 8 years of proven experience within ecommerce and 3 years in a leadership role managing teams of 3 and above.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, ecommerce platforms, and customer experience optimization.
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
· Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
