• Provide clear and relevant information to the next shift staff and the Team Leader during handovers
• Comply with workplace safety and cybersecurity policies while performing duties

• Diploma holder
• Ability to understand and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) effectively
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Chinese, Malay, or Tamil is an added advantage
