Job Instructor

• Oversee Alumni job training and placement
• Designs and conducts pre-placement training, assessment for individual student
• Discuss job duties, safety procedure and environment with alumni and caregivers
• Carries out job matching, supports, coaches, guides and enable Alumni to assimilate comfortably into the work environment and advises them on appropriate ways to deal with problems faced at work
• Monitors alumni on-the-job progress and performance
