We are looking for an ambitious In-house Lawyer who can join our Country Leadership Team and take lead in implementing initiatives and processes paramount for the legal department. The incumbent will provide in-depth and business-focused legal advice to the business, serve as a function/business legal compliance risk, assist with internal strategies and policies to prevent violations of law, rule, or regulation. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Legal:

• Serving as an in-house Lawyer for the company on all legal matters and contracts and managing legal risk for the organization by taking responsibility for providing legal advice to the leadership on all legal matters affecting their departmental transactions.
• Rendering effective legal assistance in the preparation of legal opinions, studies, reports, and correspondence, as required from time to time by the organization.
