Your Team

Responsibilities of the role

• Identify consumers’ needs and wants for P&G’s products, and provide inputs to Research & Development and technical team to design the right package and formula to win with local consumers
• Lead consumer researches to develop qualified brand concept, benefit and claims that addresses consumers’ unmet needs
• Communicate with local partners, stakeholders and suppliers to drive P&G business initiatives
• Lead creative agencies to develop communication ideas and execute TV copy production designed/customized for the cultural nuances of consumers
• Develop initiatives fit-for-use toolkits (including copy, prints, digital i-banners, social & eCommerce contents, sampling trial toolkits, in-store activation and demos, etc.), and deploy/guide the delivery team for execution
• Coordinate with R&D, Consumer Research teams to qualify the product and package through various tests.
• Craft promotion/pricing strategy and customer/distributor trade terms with the local trade team
• Work with technical team to find the best solution of supply chain to manage the product cost within affordable level

• Diploma / Degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in freight forwarding with sea freight experiences

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Associate with experience in pharmaceutical company/Life Science industries for a role in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares monthly project status updates.
• Maintains knowledge of latest regulatory requirements for therapeutic products.
• Acts as primary RA contact for the local team for the projects assigned.
• Ensures new regulatory initiatives and changes are shared with the regional/global RA function in a timely manner with critical assessment of potential impact on business for the projects assigned.
• Investigate regulatory compliance gaps with gap remediation plan development and implementation thereafter.
• Develop and maintain regulatory database(s) as required
• Maintain and update regulatory files and records as required
• Ensures compliance with local regulations, corporate policies and procedures
• Prepares monthly project status updates
• Support post-approval variations for various therapeutic areas (Singapore)
• Support process improvements and implementation of best practices
• Collaborates with local Quality Assurance (QA) on Quality matters

Qualifications:

• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in health-related science, life science, Pharmacy degree desired
• 1-2 years of experience in regulatory affairs or related work experience.
• Proven track record of preparing and reviewing regulatory documentation, and managing submissions successfully
• Good knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical & scientific processes as well as registration and assessment of human medicinal products
• Good understanding of local regulatory environment, guidelines and processes for product registration.
• Ability to apply knowledge to general regulatory topics for projects assigned
• Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good interpersonal, organizational, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

JOB SUMMARY

You will oversee the production and publication of the company’s award-winning annual Sustainability Report and all other public ESG disclosures; present the company’s ESG performance and field queries from investors and other financial stakeholders. You will also be responsible for coordinating the company’s external and internal sustainability reporting to ensure that our reporting reinforces our sustainability and community engagement strategy and aligns with best practices globally.

With exceptional writing skills and a world-class understanding of the ever-changing ESG disclosure environment, the post-holder will also help the company stay aligned with the regulations of the Singapore Stock Exchange and international expectations on reporting and transparency.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for ensuring the company is positioned for and responsive to the growing expectations among internal and external stakeholders for transparent reporting on our environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives.
• Ensure the continued tracking and measurement of progress across ESG goals, engagement with the ESG ratings firm community and production of formal and informal reporting initiatives (e.g., sustainability report, website, intranet, ad hoc inquiries, etc.)
• Develop, implement and manage data collection processes and track performance against established targets and metrics.
• Collaborate with Strategic Communications & Branding team to develop sustainability content for the annual Sustainability Reporting.
• Monitor reporting standards and best practices to ensure the company continues to report and disclose information consistent with industry best practices.
• This role requires strong project management skills and must collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and outside vendors/auditors to ensure the timely and successful delivery of key Sustainability reporting deliverables on time.
• Lead discrete projects to strengthen the company’s corporate reporting and disclosures.
• Monitor, assess and recommend to leadership appropriate actions in relation to ESG disclosures and corporate reporting to ensure the company adopts best practices.
• Contribute to the submissions for sustainability indices such as CDP, SPOTT and similar disclosures.
• Prepare reports, communications, and establish systems including training of teams to contribute to reporting and disclosure/understanding the benefits and requirements.
• Lead the company’s responses to questions or statements of position from external stakeholders on sustainability-related matters and collaborate closely with investor relations on appropriate responses.
• Represent the company in local and industry sustainability initiatives especially those related to ESG disclosures and corporate reporting.
• Manage the sustainability content on the company website.
• Include automation and AI where applicable to bring digital transformation in reporting and data collection processes.
• Reimagine how we share the sustainability narrative through storytelling in ESG reporting.

• As a Platform Engineer, your role is to design, develop, and maintain distributed applications using the Oracle Tuxedo middleware platform and other technologies.
• Designing and developing distributed applications using Oracle Tuxedo middleware platform.
• Writing efficient, scalable, and reliable code in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or COBOL to implement application logic.
• Configuring and managing the Oracle Tuxedo environment, including setting up application servers, managing resources, and optimizing performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and database administrators, to gather requirements, design application architecture, and ensure seamless integration.
• Developing and maintaining documentation for applications, including code comments, technical specifications, and system configurations.
• Performing unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the applications meet functional and performance requirements.
• Conducting performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Tuxedo applications.
• Keeping up to date with the latest Oracle Tuxedo platform updates, technologies, and best practices in distributed application development.
• Providing technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders.
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and software development best practices

Job Description:

• Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests at all times
• Project a courteous and hospitable attitude at all times
• Provide guests with accurate information as requested regarding SR facilities, major city attractions and events
• Maintain an effective flow of communication with all personnel

Job Requirements:

• O-Level or equivalent
• Willing to perform rotating shifts

• Experience in hospitality and knowledge of HMS will be advantageous
