(c) ICT/AV Planning and Procurement

• The Personnel shall support the Authority in procurement processes for ICT/AV solutions and services, such as the following:
  • Requirement Gathering: The Personnel shall assist the ICT department in gathering specific user requirements for AV equipment
  • Demo and Testing Coordination: The Personnel shall with with ICT department to organize and oversee product demonstrations or testing of proposed AV solutions to assess their functionality and suitability for the Authority's needs.

2. Sound Editing and Mixing

· The Personnel shall edit dialogue, remove unwanted sounds, and enhance audio clarity.

This includes demand mapping, creation of complex sourcing events, creation of advanced total cost analyses, negotiations and contracting. He/She interprets data, collaborates with internal stakeholders, leads negotiations with vendors, makes fact-based recommendations, and ensures thorough implementation of new contracts for use by Purchasers of the Sea Sourcing partners.
• Maintenance & Development of Systems: Adheres to required workflows, maintains internal tools for contract and vendor management, purchasing support etc. Develops and/or improves reporting tools and dashboards related to spend management, vendor performance, contract compliance or other matters, in the pursuit of greater efficiency and scalability.
• Supply Management: Collaborates with Supply Chain and Operations to establish cohesive supply planning and distribution strategies globally. Proactively identifies areas of supply risk (demand, supply, environmental and business continuity) and work with stakeholders to develop and implement risk management strategies.
• Teamwork: Performs well in a complex organization where agility is required to serve all stakeholders in line with their requirements and expectations. Ensures procurement of goods and services match the quality required by the respective Sea Sourcing partners’ operations and technical functions. Stays generally aware of major development in other categories and involves himself/herself in the work of colleagues by offering support, guidance, and constructive feedback when relevant. • Internal Compliance: Is familiar with the Health, Safety, Environmental Protection and Quality Policies and understands the responsibilities and requirements included in Sea Sourcing partners’ policies including their ESG programs. They understand their duty to report any environmental noncompliance via the Sea Sourcing partners open reporting system as per relevant guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Minimum five years’ experience in a Procurement function, with preference for Category Management and/or Strategic Sourcing roles.
• Experience in the maritime industry is a plus, with preference for experience with a vessel-owner or vessel-operator.
• Diploma / Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Logistics, or related field.

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

In anticipation of future bids and projects in Defence and Public Security sectors, Engineering Department requires system engineers who has a track record of building, deploying and maintaining the IT infrastructure in an enterprise environment. Domain knowledge in enterprise data networks and/or cybersecurity is desirable.

The System Engineer is to assist with IT infrastructure solutions according to project requirements and drive transformation for internal/external customers by adopting established platforms. The candidate will be involved with the requirements gathering, preparation of proposals, and conduct of presentations to customers or system owners. Upon confirmation of projects, the candidate is expected to take on an active role in the definition, procurement, deployment and operations of the necessary IT infrastructure covering but not limited to server hardware, virtualisation middleware, operating system and backup solution etc. Where necessary, the candidate may be tasked to support data networking initiatives, cybersecurity implementations and other COTS deployment depending on the candidate’s technical background and interests. KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an IT Infrastructure System Engineer, you are accountable for:

· Assist project or team leads in evaluating and recommending the appropriate IT infrastructure products (commercial or open source) that will meet project or customer requirements

· Take charge or support the deployment of said products, including integration and testing activities at the System-as-a-whole level
