• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare necessary accruals and adjustments.

Stock Take

• Conduct bi-annual stock takes and ensure accurate recording and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the operations team for smooth stock takes.

Daily Finance Transactions

• Process daily financial transactions promptly and accurately.
• Enter data into the ERP system and maintain up-to-date records.
• Guide the Accounts part-timer with daily financial tasks.

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist auditors during audit periods.
• Train accounts staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level or Certificate/Diploma in Accountancy, with at least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications.
• Familiarity with ERP software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, patient, with high typing accuracy and speed.
• Strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the overall execution of events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
