The TANGO Migration Team is the single point of entry for all ProCarS to TANGO customer migrations. As a member of this team, you will manage these migrations according to defined processes. You are being part of Key Account Customer PDA meeting with the local Stakeholders and analyze the provided customer EDI information (Customer Key Account List). After the analysis phase you are creating the necessary change requests for Solution Delivery and you are responsible for the follow-up as well as they will be implemented in time. Before the UAT phase you are responsible to perform a technical UAT and initiate possible adjustments. In the UAT phase, you accompany the UAT with technical support. Preparation for Go-Live and accompanies it.
Responsibilites:
· Participation in Key Account Customer PDA meeting with the country stakeholders
· Check customers process ID`s flow of incoming and outgoing data in SWING based on recent shipment samples.
· Check of Dynamic COINS tables related to customer.
· CIS 2.0 to check result to and from TANGO (CIS Project ID, CIS Ref #).
· Check if incoming data contain enough information for Tango (addresses esp. principal and shipper, can TANGO partner ID of export branch be determined).
· In case ProTrack is being used in current setup, ask business if interface is still needed. If yes, check whether TANGO PO or eOrder can be used instead (assistance from Tango Team and Business Owner (Key Account) required).
· If SCOUT (ICM) is involved, GIT&D Land & Digital Solutions team to be contacted.
· If COS is involved, COS team to be contacted.
- Check outgoing messages of given sample shipments in SWING and CIS 2.0.
- Check CE Status / CE Voucher set-up in CIS Admin
- CE Status - especially event DRB, as this event is replaced in TANGO by HDP or DTA, discuss with business which event is used for customer in TANGO.
· Check process IDs in SWORD (process flow, mappings, dynamic tables (events, reason codes, charge codes), copy to other process IDs, copy to other receiver than customer.
Requirements:
· Self-organized, communication and collaboration skills
· Strong knowledge of Schenker's global, regional and local operational applications/IT landscape (especially CIS, SWING, SWORD), preferred.
· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects simultaneously.
· Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, project management, consultative, presentation and communication skills required.
· Strategic thinking and ability to dive into details where needed.
· Proactive mindset paired with curiosity - being keen on learning something new every day is a prerequisite.
· Resilient personality and ability to deliver good performance even under pressure.
