We are currently seeking a Deputy Director of Residential Life - Dover Campus. The Deputy Director of Residential Life (Campus) oversees operational and pastoral matters for the campus boarding community, reporting to the Director of Residential Life (College) and Head of Campus on each campus. They will maintain and enhance our strong and supportive residential culture of 190 students (Dover) from grades 8 to 12, leading a campus team of residential houseparents, non-residential assistant houseparents and boarding support staff. Human Resource Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll regularly
• To ensure compliance of Employment Act and taxation policy.
• Handle all administrative duties relating to HR matters and claims.
• Manage work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation etc.
• Responsible for application, renewal and maintaining licensing with various government bodies
• Assist in submission of CPF contributions, IR21, IR8A, levy claim applications, government surveys and other statutory submissions.
• Maintain and timely renew of Insurances, Security Bond and Insurance Claim Handling
