Role & Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
• Advisor on space planning, layout and interior aesthetics
• Develop design briefs and operational work schedule briefs
• Work closely with the visualization team on 3D design drawings when necessary
• Lead discussion with clients to propose and explain design brief
• Oversee the project from start to finish, serving as the key liaison personnel for clients
• Coordinate with other relevant stakeholders (ie. supplier, sub-contractors and governmental regulatory agencies) to ensure project timelines and regulations are adhered
• Conduct on-site inspection to ensure quality workmanship are achieved

Responsibilities

• Working with the management in film productions for theatrical release.
• Prepare decks to pitch to networks, clients, sponsors and other partners.
• Manage projects from development stage till delivery.
• Manage logistics of production to ensure smooth operation.
• Work closely with directors to provide creative coordination.
• Prepare production budget and schedule for assigned projects.
• Monitor and control production expenditure within approved budget.
• Provide production support for international projects.

Requirements

• A strong interest in storytelling and filmmaking.
• Min. 3 years of production experiences in production environment, with hands on experiences of various processing of filmmaking, including creative producing and production management.
• Education in fields related to media studies, communication, business studies or other humanities preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have experience in organizational and administrative skills.
