Job Summary:

The General Manager (GM) for a construction company oversees all aspects of operations, management, and development of construction projects. The GM ensures the company’s projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

1. Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
   Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar.
   Strong background in managing large-scale construction projects, including budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and resource management.
   
2. Skills & Competencies:Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
   Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality assurance procedures.
   Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera).
