The Director is accountable for the overall growth and performance of the Hua Mei Training Academy under Tsao Foundation. The key focus of this role is to drive the training initiatives for clients / industry players to meet its vision, mission and operational goals. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and implementation of business plan to targeted clients, industry players and government functions.

About the role:

• Demonstrate the ability to lead technical projects from concept through implementation in collaboration with the Process Engineering team.
• Perform activities such as incoming goods inspection (IGI), FAT/SAT, and installation verification for new equipment and modifications to existing equipment.
• Assist with the execution of qualification protocols for IQ and OQ.
