RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct hiring activities in accordance with programme funding model.
• Work closely with HOD on job description to define requirements and competencies for hiring needs, source for talents, plan for interviews and selection procedures.
• Update vacancies on job boards and liaise with external agencies as well as educational schools.

• To assist with receiving guests into the restaurant including answering reservations via telephone.
• To serve food courses & alcoholic beverages (whenever needed) to guests.
• To assist guests regarding menu items in an informative & helpful way.
• To assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.
• To maintain cleanliness of work areas, chinaware, glassware, etc throughout the day.
• To handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and operate the cash register or POS system in compliance with company policies.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
• A good team player with excellent communication skills.
• Able to work overtime, on weekends & public holidays when required.
• Singaporeans & PR only.

Source for musical scores

Arrange for extra rehearsals with musicians to ensure that quality of song

Source for the Costume and pros for your work performance (Can work with other musicians)

Sing in front of a live audience

Requirements

MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF STAGE EXPERIENCE

Main Vocal with strong knowledge of Mandarin Pop

Knowledge of Kpop is an advantage

Respond appropriately to guest song requests. Communicate guest requests to waiter as needed.

Understand and follow all company policies and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare mise en place meticulously before operations and maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Fulfill buffet and runner responsibilities when assigned.
• Adhere to daily checklists for restaurant cleaning and stocking procedures.
• Ensure prompt and quality service by serving guests' orders in accordance with operating procedures.
• Stay informed about daily soups, specials, and featured drinks.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including garnishes, condiments, accompaniments, preparation methods, and correct settings.
• Ensure all food and beverages in good order before serving to guests.
• Effectively communicate orders to the captain and verify accuracy.
• Handle equipment with care and diligence.
• Proactively anticipate and address guests' needs, including understanding regular guests' special requirements and preferences. Follow up with guests regularly for additional orders or requests.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of GCE 'N' or 'O' level qualifications.
• Possess WSQ Food Safety and Hygiene Level 1 will be an advantage.
• Additional certification in existing and/or new Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) is desirable.
• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage/Hotel industry is advantageous.
• Exhibit an excellent service attitude.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
