JOB DESCRIPTION

· Perform work assigned by Office Leader on both local and international projects.

· Communicate on daily basis with Electrical Team Lead for technical discussion in design development.

· Familiar with the following services: ELECTRICAL/LIGHTNING PROTECTION/ELV

· Prepare design drawings including Schematics (AutoCAD) and layouts to the required company standard.

· Coordination of the design and interface with other disciplines taking advantages of 3D tools

· Perform engineering software calculation

· Perform Quality Assurance check on assigned task.

REQUIREMENT

· Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

· Minimum 2-5 years of experience .

· Ability to communicate well in English, and effective Team Player

· Ability to operate CAD

· Basic skill in Revit will be an added advantage

· Familiar with local codes.

. Experience working in Design and Drafting in Consulting Engineering firms.

Description

Part timer rates - $11/hr on weekdays and $12/hr on weekends.

Candidates will be working as a team in our F&B areas in order to provide top quality service to ensure that customer's receives a positive experience while dining.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Clearing of the tables for the next customers to use.
• Ensure condiments are replenished regularly for customers to use.
• Ensures the restaurant is regularly cleaned to meet hygiene standards at all times.

• Able to work in a fast pace working environment
• Positive attitude and good hygiene.
• Physically fit to withstand long hours
• Physically fit and able to carry heavy items
• Flexible to work on peak periods, public holidays and weekends

Job Description & Requirements

• To greet and escort arriving/departing guests to/from their accommodations.
• To retrieve and transport guests’ luggage with care.
• To organize and store luggage when required.
• To answer calls for service, examples: for taxi, delivery of newspapers, keeping and holding luggage for guests.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• 6 days work week.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
• A good team player and be able to relate to different levels of people.
• Able to work overtime, on weekends & public holidays when required.
