You will be a senior member of a growing team of valuers.

You’ll deal directly with sellers, actively engaging in business development including identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities for profitable consignment. A building construction project engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Their duties typically include coordinating with architects, contractors, and subcontractors, managing project schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing any issues that arise during the construction process.

You will be responsible for planning and developing healthcare infrastructure facilities and managing various projects from proposal to completion. You will develop master plans and budget proposals, be involved in conceptual planning and conduct feasibility studies. You will also be required to handle design development, tender preparation and evaluation, and construction management.

Job Requirements

• Masters in Architecture with at least 5 years’ of relevant experience or Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Architectural Technology or Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, Quantity Surveying or Estate with minimum 6 years of relevant experience in healthcare infrastructure facilities planning and development
• Extensive experience in designing hospitality facilities that involve extensive workflow and stringent environmental requirements is advantageous
• Knowledge in Building Regulations, Environment Health Safety and Workplace Safety Health requirements pertaining to infrastructure facilities development
• Team player with excellent project management, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
• An independent self-starter who is proactive, adaptable and works well under pressure.
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting

The Role

Qualifications:

1. Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in human resources managerial position, with at least 3 years in a lead role, preferably within the social services or non-profit sector.
• Knowledge of social service regulations and understanding of the unique challenges faced by social service organizations.

2. Skills & Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, particularly in the social service and non-profit sectors.
