The SingHealth Technologies Incubator aims to encourage the development of commercially viable early-stage technologies and guide them towards successful commercialisation via setting up a series of startup companies. The incubator team will work closely with in-house researchers and clinicians, from project conception to company formation. The incubator will leverage SingHealth's substantial research output to improve medical care by bringing promising drugs, devices, diagnostics, and software to market.

The Manager supports the Senior Manager and Director on the day-to-day operations of the incubator. Your key responsibilities are overseeing applications for the department's support, conducting multi-dimensional analysis of incubator research projects (covering commercial, regulatory, clinical, intellectual property), managing technology development and patent application statuses. You help establish new spinoff companies and preparation of business plans and market assessments. You will also be responsible for project-related legal agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Memorandum of Understandings, Research Collaboration Agreements, as well as licensing agreements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field, with at least 8 years of business development or commercialisation experience in a medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical or healthcare environment
• Individuals with a MBA or a Masters in Biomedical Engineering would be preferred
• Prior experience in dealing with corporate partners and in negotiating and completing agreements
• Passion for biomedical sciences and entrepreneurship / new ventures
• Individuals with prior entrepreneurial activity record (having launched or had experience in a start-up environment) and knowledge of local regulatory processes in both the biotech and medical technology industry (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, GMP, and GLP standards) would be preferred
• Strong project management experience and strong analytical and problem solving skills to structure creative deal structures and develop conceptual solutions
• Ability to work independently with dedication, complemented by a team-oriented approach
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

About the Role:

• Assist the Building Manager in the daily operations
• Manage all Sub-Contractors, supervise & coordinate Facility Management activities and ensure all works adhere to legal regulations
• Preparation of monthly and incident reports pertaining to the site(s)
• Ensure smooth operations on site(s)
• Manage ad-hoc project(s)
• Facilitate incident investigation whenever necessary

About You:

• Degree / Diploma / Higher Nitec in Building Services / Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years relevant experience in property / estate / facilities management or building / facilities maintenance
• Knowledge in building works and facilities management
• Possess good communication skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders

The Sales Representative & Merchandiser will be the face of our company for our retail customers. He/she will ensure that our brands are well represented and prominent within supermarkets as well as maintain healthy working relationships with store managers, department heads and team leaders.

The candidate would be required to:

· Visit stores on a regular basis and manage stock take, rotation and stock display (about 25 stores per week)

· Avoid out of stock for all our products

· Establish and maintain close working relationships with in-store managers / supervisors / team leaders

· Assist store teams to submit order forms into the systems

· Negotiate space buys for secondary displays as well as demo space bookings

· Support in set-up of events (ad-hoc basis)

This is a full time role. There are part time roles available too.

Responsibilities:
· Designing and detailing of Civil & Structural engineering works;
· Co-ordinating with clients’ representatives, Project Managers and Consultants Team from inception to completion of projects;
· Providing periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of projects; and
· Responsible for timely submission of reports and completion of projects for tender/submission with target dates.

Requirements:
· A recognised Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering by PEB;
· Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in a similar capacity;
· Procient in Civil and Structural Engineering software applications;
· Those with design experience will be an advantage;
· Positive attitude, self motivate and responsible;

We require 1-2 warehouse assistants to support 4-5 days per week for about 4-5 hours per day (first half). Start date will be immediately after CNY

Job scope includes: sorting goods, inbound, outbound picking, packing

Must be comfortable with computer admin tasks related to the order fulfillment (training provided if necessary)

This is a long-term contract for a part-time role
