Job Summary:
DD2 Media is seeking digital interns to handle a hybrid role encompassing both 'Account Servicing' and 'Ad Operations'.
In the 'Account Servicing' team, you will support account management by helping maintain and grow client relationships, manage projects, meet marketing objectives, and provide excellent customer service. This role demands a strong interest in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
Under the ‘Ad Operations’ team, you will be responsible for managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns to ensure optimal performance and ROI. This role involves coordinating with various teams to execute ad strategies, monitor campaign performance, and implement optimisation techniques.
Key Responsibilities - Account Servicing
Client Relationship Management & Engagement:
● Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
● Support account leadership during all stages of client engagement and respond to inquiries promptly.
● Assist in managing client expectations and ensuring their needs are met.
● Maintain strong relationships and work alongside with media vendors to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Strategic Consultation and Campaign Development:
● Understand clients’ business objectives and marketing goals. Provide strategic input to help clients achieve their business objectives.
● Assist in identifying the scope of work and developing strategic and innovative campaign proposals that meet client’s business objectives.
Project Management:
● Oversee all client briefs and ensure they are executed efficiently.
● Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate campaign execution and daily communications regarding the campaign delivery.
● Ensure all proposals are submitted on time and attention to details.
Market and Industry Knowledge:
● Continuously develop industry knowledge to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Administrative and Other Ad-Hoc Support:
● Perform administrative tasks and other duties such as preparing reports, maintaining project documentation, and updating client records.
Key Responsibilities - Ad Operations
Managing Digital Campaigns → Planning
● Assist ‘Ad Operations’ team by examining the client's brief, conducting pre-campaign market research, and proposing a media plan.
Managing Digital Campaigns → Execution:
● Upon media plan approval and receiving ad creatives, execute ad set-up to ensure timely campaign execution.
● Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics for best performance.
● Identify areas for improvement based on performance data and make adjustments to ad targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and budgets.
Managing Digital Campaigns → Post-Campaign Reporting:
● Prepare regular reports on the performance of ads run for both always-on and tactical campaigns.
● Track and analyse campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) defined for the campaign.
● Provide insights into the factors contributing to the success or underperformance of specific ads.
● Evaluate performance across all markets, campaign insights, learnings and recommendations.
Requirements:
● Applicant is currently pursuing Final semester in Diploma/Degree in Business related modules; marketing and/or entreprenurship experience required.
● Singaporeans/Singapore PR required for this role.
● Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
● Passion for digital marketing and web technology will be ideal.
● Highly focused, organised and detail-oriented.
● Able to eye for details in a fast-changing environment, multitask and meet tight deadlines.
● Good communication and collaborating skills, in both written and oral skills.
● Able to work well individually and in teams.
● Take pride in getting the best work possible out for internal stakeholders or external clients.
This is a 6 months internship which will be converted to full-time position immediately, if found suitable. Applicant must be able to commit on the last 6 months of their studies before graduation for this role.
