Job Scope and Responsibilities as a Direct Report to the CEO:

1. Academy Program Development

• Develop and implement a comprehensive padel program catering to players of all ages and skill levels
• Create structured training and coaching programs for beginners, intermediates, and advanced players
• Design specialized programs for junior development, high-performance training, and recreational play

2. Coaching and Player Development

• Conduct coaching lessons (groups and private), clinics, and workshops
• Encourage coaches to stay updated with the latest padel techniques and trends
• Conduct regular coach meetings to discuss strategies and improvements
• Coordinate with coaches to create personalized development plans for high-potential players with the objective to form the next Singapore Elite National team

3. Event Planning

• Organize and oversee padel tournaments, leagues, and social events
• Promote and market events to attract participants and spectators
• Collaborate with sponsors and partners for event support

4. Safety and Compliance

• Ensure that safety protocols and guidelines are followed on and off the courts
• Stay informed about local regulations and standards related to sports facilities

5. Reporting and Communication

• Report to the CEO on program performance and objectives
• Maintain open and effective communication with players, parents, and staff
• Collaborate with the management team on club-wide initiatives, strategy and goals

The incumbent shall be part of the Finance Shared Services (FSS), Collections team, responsible for the following:

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively follow up with insurance companies and patients on outstanding bills, ensuring timely payment.
• Investigate and resolve disputes relating to bills and payments, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure case closure.
