Treasury is part of the Finance division with the Group Treasurer reporting to the Group CFO. The function is responsible for the sourcing, management and optimisation of liquidity and capital to deliver high-value risk management decisions. Summary:

Job Description:

• Basic Research Support: Assist in conducting desktop scans and basic research activities (e.g. create online survey form) to gather relevant information and insights for operational planning and transformation initiatives;
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Using Microsoft or other tools to collect, analyze, and present data from basic research activities to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement;
• Project Support: Ensure progress coordination, documentation and tracking of key research and transformation initiatives. Ensure alignment with project requirements and timeline;
• Admin and Logistics Support: Prepare for meetings (e.g. assist in obtaining agenda materials), support collation of info/responses/inputs across teams, logistics support for workplan/engagement sessions (e.g. booking venues, coordinating refreshments, collating attendance/feedback, printing materials etc.); and
• Documentation and Knowledge Management (KM): Contribute to the development and maintenance of KM within OPT. This includes developing and maintaining an organized archive of operational planning materials.

Responsibilities

· Daily TCGM/TCM/TGM operation and preventive maintenance work in chemical/gas system.

· Daily chemical drum/ gas cylinder change.

· Perform critical parts replacement.

· Perform routine sampling.

· Perform chemical/gas waste disposal.

· Receive and deliver chemical/gas goods to designated areas.

· Perform daily routine logging to ensure chemical/gas system integrity.

· Perform chemical drums/gas cylinder and concentration data tabulation.

· Perform troubleshooting of chemical/gas systems.

· Operate chemical/gas system operations.

· Documentation of all TGCM related matters.

· Perform any other duty as and when required.

Requirements

· Possess at least GCE “N” level or equivalent; those which higher education and longer working.

· Willing to work overtime when required.

The Role

The Veeva Business Consulting practice is growing and we are looking for talented individuals to join. This team shapes commercial strategies, processes, and operations of leading Life Sciences organizations in order to provide ongoing solutions for the core business issues faced in today’s dynamic market. The Global Commercial Content Business Consulting team leads innovation and partnership in areas related to content management, creation, review, approval, planning, and distribution of content - whether the customer is seeking to resolve a timely issue or would like to accomplish a strategic corporate goal for commercialized products in Life Sciences. The majority of your time will be spent leading customer engagements and working with a wide variety of clients to deliver Commercial Content advisory support. • Establish metadata governance and content standards
• Prep for the FDA's Requirement on Electronic Submissions
• Set the strategic direction and define key performance indicators for increased efficiency throughout the content end-to-end digital supply chain
• Develop content analytics dashboards and identify insights for the end-to-end content lifecycle
• Develop and deliver communication and change management programs in support of the rollout of PromoMats/MedComms or new functionalities within each

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with a management consulting company or ad agency experience
• Background and industry experience within the commercialized product or brand domain landscape
• Strong track record of experience delivering client advisory engagements
• Core management consulting skills, including workshop facilitation, client presentations, project management, change management, and ability to develop structured approaches/methodologies to business problems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel roughly 60% but this can vary depending on engagement
• Experience working with a content management system, preferably, Veeva Vault
• Bachelor’s degree is required
