Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the machines and company equipments operational performance and condition
• Conduct preventive maintenance to machine and company equipments as per schedule
• Review and update all existing machine maintenance documents
• Prepare and design the spare parts for machines and company equipments
• Report any unsafe conditions and practices to Production Manager
• Assist of production and purchasing department of manufacturing / purchasing spare parts
• Monitor spare parts stock level and raising purchase order
• Managing, delegating and training the maintenance group
• Involve in the implementation and continuous maintenance of HSE Management System
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Manager

Accountable

• Meeting department quality objectives
• Ensure maximized machine uptime
• Ensure planned preventive maintenance is carried out effectively to minimize machine down time
• Ensure sustainable continuous improvement initiatives are carried out on machine, equipment and facilities

A. Report Relationship – This position reports directly to QC Manager.

B. General Department Overview –Quality Control maintains overall purview for all aspects of quality within the organization and hence, is entrusted with developing checks to ensure that standards are maintained and/or exceeded.

C. Areas of Responsibility:
• Able to provide guidance and coach lab technicians.
• The incumbent inspects all incoming raw material for compliance according to current standards.
• The incumbent conducts periodic checks and analysis on all WIPs. • The incumbent retains finished product samples from production to conduct checks and analysis.
• Assist QA on failure analyses, corrective and preventive action response to customer’s complaint.
• Assist in GMP audits, validation, qualification and change control.
• Assist in maintaining Product Quality and Technical File.
• Write technical papers or reports or prepare standards and specifications for processes, products, or tests.

D. Challenges of Position – Being a highly regulated industry, the incumbent is required to be aware of changes in regulatory requirements and effect those changes as required. Clear handing/taking over during shift changes to ensure work flow process continuity is essential.

E. Communication Network – The incumbent is expected to work closely with both internal and external parties and clearly communicate in non-technical terms. Must be able to handle multi-national staffs.

F. Measurement – The incumbent will be expected to ensure that all regulatory requirements such as ISO 13485 are adhered to. Work accuracies and documentation processes are to be upheld at all times. Exercise responsibility for proper functioning in compliance with good laboratory practice and cGMP.

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology, Pharm, Biotechnology / Degree in Chemistry, Quality Assurance.

Building & Facility Executive

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Facilities Management, Building Services or related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in building & facilities management and is 'hands on' to ensure planning to execution success in building & facility initiatives undertaken including for clientele base
  

Job duties & responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and oversee operational processes of all Company facility areas assigned, including maintenance, safety and cleanliness
• Work within budgetary and compliance parameters to ensure upkeep of building facilities
• Ensure legal compliance where needed
  Work closely and liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to implement cost-effective, simpler, and faster ways of carrying out facility upkeep, development and maintenance
• Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner
• Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operation
• Raise PO and certify job completion/delivery undertaken by contractors/vendors
• Manage and update online systems
• Initiate B&F activities for workers’ dormitories to ensure compliance with regulations and Company facilities' policies
• Initiate value added services to clients in renting of facilities/storage spaces etc and generate some income for the department
• Assume any other facilities-related duties assigned by the management
