Assist in the marketing and leasing of office space at One Raffles Place.

Responsibilities

• Administer letter of offer, lease agreement and proper documentation
• Attend to any other tenancy related matters and perform cold calling
• Coordinate viewing schedules and liaising with property agents and tenants
• Conduct site inspections, marketing presentations to prospective tenants
• Collate market information and update weekly reports and tenancy schedules
• Execute and implement the leasing/marketing plans and activities
• Full spectrum of lease management functions

Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in daily meetings with subcontractors and perform survey setting out of lines and points required for structural and architectural tasks.
• Communicate effectively with project staff and subcontractors to understand requirements and plan tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure the precision of survey setting out lines and points, facilitating smooth handovers to minimize site work errors.
• Follow systematic procedures for setting out work, including verifying formwork levels before and after casting, and checking the verticality and alignment of walls and columns.
• Demonstrate confidence in survey work by conducting multiple checks and closing all tasks daily to avoid potential errors.
• Arrange for regular calibration and maintenance of surveying equipment, keeping accurate records to comply with audits and company standards.
• Coordinate with Licensed Land Surveyors to complete AMSL and As-Built Surveys with endorsements required for regulatory submissions.
• Contribute to site safety by supporting the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives led by the Project Manager and Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
• Enhance skills and knowledge by attending surveying courses and proposing innovative equipment or methods to improve site operations.
• Take on additional responsibilities within the project team to support cost-saving measures and overall project success.
• Mentor and guide new or junior land surveyors, ensuring a seamless transition into the team while maintaining site progress.

• Manage and guide a team of technicians to perform vehicle service (commercial vehicles) and repair with excellent quality, turnaround time and productivity to meet customers requirements
• Ensure repair work is up to standard as to avoid comeback job
• Troubleshoot technical problems by using of electronic diagnostic tools, identify defects and repair actions, parts requirements for repair
• Advice on repair status to supervisor
• Test drive vehicle after repair when necessary
• Supervise and control of spares used on contract vehicles
• Ensure all work carried out are in accordance with safety and housekeeping requirements
• Assist Customer Service personnel in providing quotation for repair work
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements

• NITEC in Automotive Engineering or relevant certification with valid Class 3 & 4
• Relevant experience 1-2 years in automotive repair (able to handle commercial vehicles up to that of Prime Movers (HDT)) and technical service, use of diagnostic tools, warranty administration with SOP and documentation, technical investigation and report writing
• Ability to understand electrical drawings, proficiency with MS Office Skills
• Results oriented, team player, attention to detail, able to work in a fast paced environment
