Day-to-Day Activities for Consultant

•Support with HR transformation projects including HR business process design and HR strategy initiatives

•Support with the Change Management workstream for large HRIS implementations from including developing Change Strategies and managing communications or delivering workshops for users

•Develop engaging communications and multimedia content including videos and infographics

•Develop presentations for our clients that convey the results in a succinct and clear manner

•Build and manage client relationships with confidence and professionalism

•Support in Business Development activities including development of pitch decks and presentation to senior client stakeholders

Ideal Profile and Required Competencies:

•At least 2 to 4 years of experience in HR consulting or Change Management for HR system implementation projects.

•Possess a track record of experience in delivering large complex HR consulting or change management projects, minimally as a team or workstream lead but ideally as a project manager.

•Experience in at least 1 or more of the following domains: HR Business Process Improvement, Change Management, HR Transformation Advisory

•Must be a citizen or PR of Singapore and have a strong verbal and written command of English.

Adapt with client stakeholder management – demonstrated through past work experience and general presentability of the candidate.

Job Description

The primary purpose of the role is to serve as the liaison between the Bank and our customers, to establish a positive banking relationship with new and existing clients, and to serve their banking needs via our Bank’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the overall success and growth of the assigned portfolio by deepening relationships with existing clients and through the acquisition of new customers in China Market. Develops and maintains clients’ trust and relationships while providing a holistic client experience.
• Responsible for achieving annual revenue and AUM growth targets within expense budget.
• Builds market share; able to enhance client asset size over time.
• Fully competent and compliant in advising clients on investment products and services.
• Actively involved in new business development; able to anticipate and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Performs periodic Account Planning reviews and call reports.
• Ensures KYC/AML and other bank compliance policies are strictly adhered to.

Knowledge & Experience Required:

• Degree holder with more than 10 years of direct relevant Wealth Management experience with at least 7 years’ experience with China-Based clients.
• Completed professional qualifications: CMFAS & CACS preferred.
• Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.

• Strong familiarity with both Windows and Linux, including shell scripting
