about the role

• Perform end-to-end BAU by supporting the post approval documentation processes till redemption or full repayment.
• Review of financing documents such as letters of offer, facility agreements & security documents
• Prepare instructions to lawyers, insurers and valuers etc
• Perform role as facility agent, security agent and/or account bank for syndicated loans
• Assist with the negotiation of the legal documents, conditions precedent collation, conditions subsequent and covenant tracking, management of facility life cycle and information dissemination.
• Perform checks to ensure legal and security documentation are completed, conditions precedent is fulfilled prior to activation of credit facilities, monitoring of conditions subsequent
• Adhere to Service Level Agreements while minimizing operational risks and losses.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects

skills and experience required

• Minimum Diploma
• At least 5 years of documentation experience within Corporate or Commercial Banking
• Prior experience in Project Financing, Real Estate and/or Agency will be a plus
• Organised and possesses attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office applications
