This is an individual contributor role accountable for driving event and digital sales by maximising the current event proposition while building on new features and activations. Key areas of responsibility

• You will be delivering an exceptional experience for Asia Tech x Singapore partners, sponsors and exhibitors
• Full customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
• You'll build and execute a retention and new business development strategy to grow and expand within new and existing cutomers including upselling and cross-selling
• Achieving revenue targets, proactively responding to inbound enquiries and self-generated leads based on a deep market and product understanding
• Accurately positioning Asia Tech's products, solutions and services as a solution for the market and business challenges that meet the customers needs
• Report using all data sources, accurate forecasting and performance metrics to key internal and external stakeholders, highlighting revenue risks and opportunities
• Manage projects and engage in project management duties within customer relationships working to carry out and deliver customer goals while meeting company goals
• Coordinate with colleagues working on the same account to ensure consistent service
• Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting and exceeding deadlines
• Keep customer information/records up to date such as interactions, transactions, account plans and record on Salesforce

• Provide administrative support for case studies for job(projects) ongoing and/or completed  
• Support P&L Leads with managing and keeping their calendars up todate
• Upon request from project leads, responsible for setting up projects (create project job numbers (FMS etc..), new client codes where needed, raising of invoices (generate client invoices, assist in payment recovery including up loading to required client payment portals)
• Generate monthly status reports on invoices raised and pending (aligned with finance through topdown)
• Manage all travel arrangements for the team.
• Arrange team events and meetings  
• Update and create meeting presentations and reports as requested
• Complete assignments accurately and within set deadlines
• Update client files to ensure accurate information is maintained
• Tracking and following up on submission of Monthly Reports, Client Cares, CEP Online.
• Maintaining and updating project related information on the system.
• Support and lead the renewal of business licenses, registrations and certifications PSPC (PM01/ QS01)
• Provide adhoc support to the team and business leads where required
• Able to support business generation and marketing teams in putting together bids and proposal

• To support the sales team in all admin duties.
• And other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• GCE O Level and above
• At least 1 year of admin experience

• Ensure routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements are carried out properly and on time; inspect M&E facilities and follow up on rectifications as needed.
• Oversee vendors and technicians, ensuring work aligns with scope, EHS requirements, and statutory standards; evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, maintenance reports, and incident reports; maintain accurate records and files for building operations.

• At least 4 years of experience managing M&E works in Commercial Buildings.
• Possess strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
