Requirements:

• 5+ years of algorithm development experience, 3+ years of algorithm team management experience.
• Solid theoretical foundation in machine learning and deep learning, familiar with Transformer, BERT, and other model architectures.
• Rich experience in large model pre-training, SFT, RLHF, etc.
• Familiar with Agent, RAG, AIGC technologies, and have relevant project landing experience.
• Have research experience in NLP, CV fields, and have published relevant papers.
• Familiar with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, and have good programming skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills, able to lead the team to complete tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience working in a large company is preferred.
• Proficient in chinese in order to alias Mandarin speaking colleagues and customers.
