· To assist the Consultant in supervision of the construction of the Structural Works under the Building Control Act.

· To ensure all works on site, including installation methods and materials used are in accordance to contract specifications and approved drawings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in the supervision of building projects in Singapore, preferably in HDB projects.

· Possess at least the National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS)

· Experience in precast structural works, prefabricated bathroom unit construction works and able to supervise architectural works or M&E works are essential. Candidates who are able to supervise inter-discipline works would be beneficial.

· Conversant in statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures and construction administration.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain databases across platforms, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Provide expert-level support for MS SQL Server, including:Installation, configuration, and management of AlwaysON Availability Groups.
  Hardening, upgrading, and patching database environments.
• Manage and maintain databases in MongoDB, PostgresDB, and OracleDB ecosystems.
• Implement and optimize backup strategies to ensure data security and recovery.
• Collaborate on EMC storage configurations to optimize database storage solutions.
• Develop and execute acceptance test plans and test cases for database solutions.
• Perform proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of database performance and issues.
• Provide guidance and training to clients and peers as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Database Administrator with multi-database management expertise.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in MS SQL Server operation support, particularly in AlwaysON Availability Groups.
• Familiarity with Windows and UNIX platform servers and related database deployments.
• Expertise in managing MongoDB, PostgresDB, and OracleDB environments.
• Solid understanding of backup solutions and EMC storage integration.
• Ability to create and execute detailed test plans and cases.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and lead peers and clients.
