We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst for one of our investment banking clients to work on building treasury business solution in banking domain. The resource should be well versed with market treasury products.
The candidate will be required to:
· Lead/manage large global projects for Market Treasury products involving cross functional and multi geographic teams as a Lead Business Analyst.
· Involve in requirement gathering, create functional requirement document, co-ordinate with development team, execute user acceptance testing and ensure quality delivery of software solution to business.
· Closely work with Trading desks, Product Control team, Treasury business managers, Market risk and Technology teams to understand and implement requirements as per project plan.
· Implement Global requirements for treasury business, Participate actively with Development design and deliver the projects/solutions on time.
· Preparing BRD/FRD - in consultation with Business/Tech teams
· Collaborate and Partner closely with project managers/ programme managers, development leads, test leads and production support teams to ensure software solution is tested and implemented to highest quality.
· Partner with wider Technology group to leverage best practices across software development life cycle.
Required Skills
· Min. 8 years of experience in banking industry as Lead Business analyst/ Business analyst.
· Experience of building software solutions for banking applications (treasury is preferred) with focus on market products.
· Experience in treasury and market risk products are preferred
· Ability to understand customer business process and requirements and translate into functional requirements across wide array of market treasury products and technologies.
· Experience of working with multiple system partners, Product Control teams, development and support teams.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data) in presenting to partner teams and senior managers.
· Ability to draft Use Cases, Process Flows, and Activity Diagrams, specific to banking Architecture.
· Ability to track multiple issues, effectively manage time and competing priorities to drive results.
· Exposure to project management and agile methodologies.
