Job Description
We are a fintech financial institution specialising in currency trade and money transfers and is looking for a highly dynamic Business Analyst to join our Technology Services team.
Think you have experienced it all in a typical systems development life cycle? You’ve not seen ours! A typical day as a Business Analyst is anything but run-of-the-mill. For a start, you will be engaging stakeholders from Hong Kong and Singapore with varying requirements. While translating these requirements to facilitate systems design is an integral part of the role, the ability to conceptualise ideas into innovations that continue to push the envelope will also be an important aspect of the work.

Job Responsibilities
· Assist with the day to day management of the service delivery function which includes the business-related IT functions.
· Work with business users to gather business requirements, perform user acceptance testing (UAT)
· Documentation of test scenarios and test scripts provided by business users
· Analyse compatibility of system and follow up on test defects
· Plan for and oversee preparation of documentation of each project phase (business requirements, functional specification, project plan, test strategy, test plan, etc), training and support in new/modified applications.
· Create clear, accurate and unambiguous technical documentation including detailed test plans, test cases, testing procedures and test results in accordance with company defined standards and methodologies.
· Collaborate and partner closely with business managers, development leads, test leads and production support teams to ensure requirements are gathered correctly and software is tested to highest quality.
Job Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized institution
· The qualified candidate is expected to have a thorough understanding of software development life cycle and an experience in managing and delivery of the software development in an enterprise environment.
· Working knowledge of testing. Net applications and prior evidence of QA process improvement through automation.
· Successful delivery of client/server and web application project is an advantage.
· Strong analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.
