About the role

We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to be responsible forensuring Thredd’s customers benefit from the highest level ofcustomer support as well as providing expertise in their extensive useof our platform and services.

What you will be doing

Customer and Client Centricity

· Being a key point of contact for all Thredd customers

· Having a detailed understanding of customer businesses (products,customer journeys and volumes) and needs

Responsibilities:

• Review and enhance the current IT Systems, Policies and Procedures.
• Contribute to IT Infrastructure setup, maintenance and operations.

Requirements:

• Degree holder.

• Display proficiency in Microsoft applications, Active Directory, virtual machines, OS and Networking Systems.
• Good knowledge of information security and cybersecurity risks and controls, processes, workflows, methodologies, and trends.

The primary performance metrics associated with this- role are target daily / weekly output, SLA adherence as an input to AIS Capacity Delivery Reliability (CDR), First Pass Yield and on-time NPI readiness for all rack types enabled within the region. 2. Cross-Functional Meeting on Supply Chain Efficiency: Attend a cross-functional meeting with stakeholders from procurement, logistics, and manufacturing to discuss ongoing supply chain initiatives. Review progress on strategic initiatives, focusing on reducing lead times and lowering overall costs.
3. Vendor Operational Excellence Review: Analyze vendor performance metrics, including delivery times, quality control, and adherence to contracts. Identify trends or issues, and use data-driven analysis to recommend performance improvements. Lead a discussion with key vendors to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

We sit in the US, Singapore, and China, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to launch and iterate product features that engage our viewers and content creators.

We're looking for a senior writer to collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Operations, Regional Operations, Design, and Localization teams to write campaign content for TikTok LIVE. Through clear and expressive writing, you'll create campaign content to educate creators and viewers, and drive engagement of LIVE product features. You'll contribute to content strategy and planning, and have an understanding of how regional campaigns support business goals. You'll also lead a team of writers based in other regions to ensure content quality and consistency.
