Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven personnel to lead and execute our marketing strategies in the IT industry. This role involves managing cold calling prospective clients and focusing on event management to drive brand awareness and business growth. The ideal candidate will have Business Development acumen to build qualified leads for the Sales Team to convert to quality pipelines. The candidate also needs to be able to manage vendor to rollout Digital Marketing campaigns that are aligned with corporate directions Strong communication skills, and proactive approach to engaging new opportunities is a necessity.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Cold Calling:
- Identify and research potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Conduct cold calls to introduce the company’s offerings and schedule follow-up meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and client feedback.
Event Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute events such as product launches, event, webinars, and other activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
- Monitor event performance and gather attendee feedback for continuous improvement.
Digital Marketing :
Manage agencies to rollout Digital campaigns that are developed by Corporate via online channels, including website, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media (Youtube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and paid advertising.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and identify improvement areas.
Vendor and Partner Management:
- Able to work together with the Marketing team of Strategic Partner such as SAP to build a GTM marketing plan to grow pipelines
- Optimize utilization of MDF/BDF from Strategic Partner
- Able to manage Agencies to execute successful Digital campaigns by giving clear objectives and guidance.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools within the IT sector.
- Use insights to inform and enhance marketing strategies.
Relevant Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other related field.
- At least 3 years’ of related experience
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and market research to build pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Able to travel to other entities occasionally for meeting.
