Brief Description

The Research and Programmes Executive (School Well-Being) will play a crucial role in driving the design, implementation, and evaluation of school well-being programmes and projects.

This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for well-being research application and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with internal teams, trainers, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of impact-driven programmes and projects.

Responsibilities

• Design impact-driven school well-being programmes or projects
• Implement school well-being programmes or projects, which includes but not limited to managing and training our trainers to deliver impact-drivenschool well-being programmes
• Evaluate the impact of school well-being programmes and projects, including preparing and presenting Impact Reports
• Drive innovation to improve the design, implementation, and evaluation of programmes and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology
• Possess interest and knowledge in the science of well-being or positive psychology
• At least 1 year of experience in school programme design

• 1st interview (Virtual) (30 mins) – A chat to get to know each other better
• 2nd interview (Physical) (3 hours) – A pre-interview task will be required to be completed before the interview. You will be proposing programmes and experiencing programme implementation
• 3rd interview (Physical) (1 hour) – You will explore your person-organisation fit

Prepare food in accordance with portion and quality standards specified in recipes. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

Your Day-to-Day Job Responsibilities:

FINANCIAL RETURNS:

• Assist department head to controls and monitors departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget

PEOPLE:

• Provides direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards
• Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information
• Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
• Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
• Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled

GUEST EXPERIENCE:

• Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers
• Assists with the preparation, presentation, decoration and storage of the following dishes

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS:

• Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service
• Cleans and re-sets his/her working area
• Implements the hotel and department regulations, policies and procedures including but not limited to: House Rules and Regulation, Health and Safety, Grooming, Quality, Hygiene and Cleanliness
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
• Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines
• Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures
• Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly
• Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers
• Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements

What we need from you

• Minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Obtained food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
